Sarah paid off $118,000 in debt following Dave Ramsey's principles while working a full-time W2 job and waitressing nights. After eliminating the debt and acquiring their first five properties, her marriage ended due to her ex-husband's addiction.

On her daughter's first birthday, Sarah closed on her first house hack as a single mother. She learned to manage renovations and discovered a talent for raising private capital—the skill that would transform her investing career.
